I would ❤ that. It’s only a 23-hour flight from here, right? ;P

It took me 23 hours to get there, but that’s because I took the Greyhound down from Vancouver to Seattle, transit to the SeaTac airport, stayed at the airport for six hours because my flight left pretty early, flew through Minneapolis to Philadelphia, took transit into town and then finally Bolt Bus to New York City. I don’t think I’ll ever do that again. If you’re willing to spend maybe $100 more, then the trip collapses to maybe seven hours door-to-door.

I could spend a decade stuck in your anthro museum.

It is seriously such an amazing museum. The exhibits are really beautiful and well-curated and take seriously the fact that they’re discussing living First Nations cultures in what’s unavoidably kind of a colonialist institution. If you have 24 hours in Vancouver, it’s the one museum I’d unambiguously recommend.

I just read that as “full-on tonguing mode.” WAT

Wellll that would depend on who’s visiting I guess. Why, coming to town soon?
